Whenever we view one or more new properties, we evaluate and do all our due diligence on them. Thereafter, we'll filter out the best deals and present them to you.

We'll deliver this information through our free opt-in email service, so if you're not on our mailing list, you'll be missing out on these great opportunities.

Once you're subscribed, you'll receive regular emails showcasing exceptional investment deals. If a particular deal catches your eye, follow the instructions in the email to reserve it.

    If you find a property that interests you in our email, simply get in touch by texting the number in the email with the property that you're interested in.

    We'll get on a call and discuss the deal and whether it's right for you.

    If you decide to proceed, we'll send you the Terms of Sale and an invoice for the finder's fee.

    Once we receive the signed Terms of Sale and payment, we'll arrange a Zoom call to disclose the full details of the property.

    We'll then let the selling agents know who the buyer is via email.

  • Arrow

    The property will be marked as sold and the purchase will proceed as normal.

    Finally, we'll step back and let you deal directly with the agent.

Our team is available to help you with any issues that may arise during the sale process, right up to completion.
